Join us on May 16th as SQL Server MVP and author Jessica Moss returns to enlighten us with some SQL Server brilliance! Jessica is a great friend of HRSSUG and you won't want to miss her presentation.

Upgrading and Overhauling Your SSIS Packages for 2012

SQL Server 2012 makes great strides in the development, maintainability, and administration features of Integration Services packages.
Whether you already have packages from an earlier version or you are starting from scratch, you will learn how to take advantage of these new features.
In this session, we will show: an upgrade of Integration Services packages from 2008 to 2012, the modifications needed to run these packages in 2012,
and the information produced about package execution.

Jessica M. Moss is an architect at CapTech Consulting, speaker, author, and Microsoft MVP of SQL Server business intelligence.
Jessica has created numerous data warehousing solutions for companies in many industries and has authored technical content for multiple magazines,
websites, and the Wrox book "Professional Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Integration Services". Jessica enjoys working with the central Virginia community

Join us at our June meeting on June 20th, 6:30 pm as Carlos Valcarcel joins us to speak on FAST and SharePoint. Carlos now works for Microosft as a Technical Sales Professional with the Public Sector, formerly with FAST before it was acquired by Microsoft. Check back later for more details on Carlos and his presentation.

Please join us as one of favorite, longtime friend, Andy Leonard, SQL Server MVP and author, returns to share his immense SQL knowledge with us. The meeting will be the usual date, 18th at 6:30 pm at Infotec. Please check back later for more details on Andy's presentation.

August 15th we look forward to the return of Louis Davidson, SQL Server MVP and Friend of HRSSUG. Topic TBD.
